8th International Day of Yoga Celebrations With Children At Cancer Centre

As a part of the 8th International Day of Yoga celebrations, a curtain raiser event was organized by the Embassy on 10th June 2022 with children aged between 4-14 years at JUANA AMAL Cancer Centre in Khartoum. The event was focused on motivating children to fight cancer with positivity.

The children of the centre enthusiastically participated in the event and performed yoga led by Ms. Fayrouz, Yoga teacher and Mr. Mohammed Atta, Sports Administrator and Social worker. The event was also attended by Dr. Jainab Jabir, General Manager, Ms. Lawahis, dietician and other members of the Centre.

Ambassador B S Mubarak and other officials of the Embassy joined the children and practiced in the yoga event.
