A workshop titled "The Inspiring Story of Indian Startups"

As a part of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations, to celebrate 75 years of Independence, Embassy of India organized a workshop titled “The Inspiring Story of Indian Startups” at the office of 249Startups, Khartoum on Wednesday 22nd of June 2022.

Ambassador of India, Mr. B.S. Mubarak gave presentation on Indian Startups, 75 Years of Technological Development in India and the Startup ecosystem in India. He also spoke about the possible collaboration between Indian Startups and Startups from Sudan. He briefed the participants on the ITEC scholarships for Sudanese nationals in technology including in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

More than 50 young entrepreneurs including 249Startups Team members participated in the event. Managing Partners and co-founders of 249Startups, Mr. Mutaz Mohamednour and Mr. Ahmed Elmurtada welcomed the Ambassador and gave an overview of 249Startups.
