Prof. Omar Mohamed Marzouq, Governor of the Gezira Project, received Ambassador B.S. Mubarak and took him on a tour to the Gezira project, Barakt ginning factories, seed Production Company at Barakat and a visit to the Headquarters of Geziera Scheme at Barakt.
A detailed presentation was made on the Gezira Project. Cooperation between the Al-Jazeera project management and the Republic of India, especially in the field of Agro Technology and training were discussed.
There is already a strong partnership between Indian Companies and Gezira Project.
