As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, the 11-member visiting Indian Cultural troupe ‘Bhavani Productions’ sponsored by ICCR presented their first performance on Lavani on 30th November 2022 at National Theatre, Omdurman.
H.E. Dr. Garaham Abdul Gadir, Hon’ble Minister of Culture of Sudan was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme began with lighting of the traditional lamp by the Chief Guest, Mr. B.S. Mubarak, Ambassador of India and Dr. Anil Mithani, President, Omdurman Indian Community. The programme was immensely liked and enjoyed by the audience.
