Sealed bids are invited for supply of the following items having following specifications for Embassy of India, Khartoum (Camp: Port Sudan).

5)      01 Epson Tank Printer L3210.

6)      01 Fujitsu Scanner f18270.

7)      03 Computers HP Desktop Pro 290 G9 TWR (Processor: Core i7 – 16GB Ram – Hard Drive: 1TB SSD)

 

2.                   The items supplied should comply with standard guarantee norms and should be delivered and assembled at Embassy of India, Khartoum (Camp: Port Sudan) First Floor, Somarain Shipping building, near Shikan Tower, Corniche, Port Sudan.

3.                   The bidding companies/firms should have the following requirements:

i)                Having a trading registration certificate in Sudan.

ii)              Local representation in Port Sudan/Khartoum.

iii)            After        sales         service         in         Port Sudan for                  any  repair/replacement.

iv)             Documentary evidence of the above qualifications may be submitted along with  sealed bids.

v)              Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of USD 400/- (US$ Four Hundred only) which should be as per the format given in this tender.

 

4.                   Enquiry, if any, may please be sent on the mail hoc.khartoum@mea.gov.in  Enquires shall be entertained only till April 25, 2024

5.                   Interested parties may send their bids/quotations in sealed envelopes to the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Khartoum (Camp: Port Sudan) First Floor, Somarain Shipping building, near Shikan Tower, Corniche, Port Sudan.  by April 24, 2024, superscribed “Supply of Electronic items for the Chancery” on the cover. The bids received would be opened at 1000 hrs. on April 27, 2024 by a Committee of Officers. Interested parties are welcome to send a representative for opening of the bids in the office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Khartoum (Camp: Port Sudan).

6.                   The Embassy of India, Khartoum (Camp: Port Sudan reserves the right to reject any bid at any stage of the bidding process without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
