Launch of E-module for reporting of Indian seafarers awaiting their repatriation at foreign port/ship due to Covid-19 pandemic
The Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India in order to ascertain the details and actual number of Indian seafarers awaiting at foreign port/ship for repatriation to India has launched an e-module wherein a seafarer or RPSL or Indian ship-owner can report such information about Indian seafarers. The e-module is functional at the website www.dgshipping.gov.in and detailed process for submission of details is enclosed.
