Blood Donation Camp (18 February 2022)
To celebrate the 75 years of India’s independence, the Omdurman Indian Community and the Arham Yuva Seva Group in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Khartoum organized a Blood Donation Camp at the premises of the Omdurman Indian School on 18 February 2022. Ambassador H.E B.S. Mubarak and Mr. Mohamed Sharif, representative for H.E. Prime Minister of Sudan, among others, attended the event. Members of the Omdurman Indian community, Indian community residents living in Khartoum, officials from the Embassy of India and members of the Sudanese civil society participated at the Blood Donation Camp. More than 50 people donated blood during this camp. Dr. Anil Kumar Mithani, President of the Omdurman Indian Community coordinated the entire event.
